The Z1 Oil cooler: (from Z1)

This oil cooler has a significantly larger oil capacity
to keep your oil cool. For engines running larger turbos
and producing over 400RWHP, this oil cooler setup will
provide longer turbo and engine life as the oil will be
maintained at a lower temperature and better resist
thermal breakdown. Kit comes complete with items pictured for a purely
bolt-on setup.

skirts, cam bearings, and rod bearings. The Oil Cooler
Kit is complete and includes all the necessary adapters,
fittings, and hoses you will need for installation.
300ZX Twin Turbos originally come with a smaller oil
cooler and will benefit with this larger version. Uses
stock hoses and mounting on the Turbo models. Hoses are
supplied with the non-turbo kits.

NISMO Oil Cooler (taken from Ultimate Z)
 Designed for the European 300ZX Twin Turbo, this larger
(175mm x 325mm x 50mm) oil cooler will dissipate almost
300% more heat than the USA OEM (98mm x 285mm x 32mm)
oil cooler.
Kit includes cooler, mounting bracket and required oil
tube connecting hoses.

mostly because of the price. If I could find a used
Euro (read NISMO) oil cooler than I'd grab that instead.
